The buyer agrees that the provided personal data will be processed and stored by the seller, Arwel, s.r.o., with registered address Dolní 6395, ZIP code 760 01, Zlín, Czech republic, Europe, identification number (VAT number) 26225131, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (No. 101/2000 Coll.), for the purpose of fulfilling the subject of the contract. The buyer has the right to be informed about the data held by the seller and is entitled to modify this data or express a written objection to its processing. The supervision of personal data protection is carried out by the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The buyer may notify the seller that they wish to terminate the sending of commercial communications to the electronic address obtained in connection with the contract performance, without any charge.
